for the next stop in our Passport Series as we journey through eight of the most iconic wine regions of South Africa. From the coastal elegance of Stellenbosch to the bold expressions of Swartland, this immersive class will transport your palate straight to the vineyards of the Cape.

🍷 We’ll be tasting eight of the most iconic wines from these celebrated regions, each with its own story and expression of terroir.

✨ In addition to our guided tasting, we’ll explore South Africa’s signature cocktail culture with a hands-on Amarula cocktail demo—a sweet, creamy treat that’s as unique as the country itself.

🧀 To complete the experience, we’ll also feature a classic South African appetizer tutorial—which you’ll get to indulge in during class!

Whether you're just beginning your wine journey or looking to deepen your knowledge, we've got the perfect course for you.


WSET 1:
A fantastic starting point for the beginners.
Discover the basics of wine from key varietals to essential tasting techniques. This class is perfect for wine lovers who want to understand the fundamentals.
Begins Monday, October 20, 2025, from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Class meets Mondays, October 20th, 27th and November 3rd. Exam takes place during the last hour of the last class day.


WSET 2:
Take a deeper dive into the world of wine and explore wine regions, styles, and production methods. This level is ideal for those who have some wine knowledge and want to build on it.
Monday, November 10th, 17th, 24th, December 1st, 8th, 15th and 29th 2025, The Test is on December 29th
From 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
